I have not had to experience losing a parent as they are both still living. Not everyone can say that. My wife, Kelli, lost both her dad, Everett, and her step-father, Frank. My mama and daddy have lost both of their parents and I know the hurt they experienced. I don’t know what my reaction will be when my parents go home to be with the Lord, but I want to take what advantage I can in spending time with them in the time we have left. – Tobie
